Using a total of 60 containers, Haicheng was chosen to carry out a project involving 3 story modular buildings in Rangoon (also known as Yangon), Myanmar, not far from the coast.
These mobile containers offered space for office space, and utilized an internal, center staircase to move between floors. On each side of the staircase there are two large office rooms. These flat pack buildings use fully glass walls, to increase the structural frame's strength and adds to the overall attractiveness of the modular building by allowing sufficient sunshine and warmth in. Though it is not shown in the pictures, these buildings can be given an independent, pitched roof that is installed above the building, providing protection from the rain and other elements. Haicheng's involvement included the design, manufacturing, logistics and construction of each modular building unit.
This standard, but flexible modular system met all customer requirements under an extremely tight building schedule. Though adjustments were made throughout construction of the modular building project, all buildings were completed on time (two months from receiving the order confirmation), fully confirmed by the client.
